In September we gladly welcomed Ann Gregory as our new Schools' Network Goals Coordinator. She introduces herself below...

I am delighted to be working closely with Hilary Thompson as Schools’ Network Goals Coordinator. My main role is to work with the Goals Co-ordinators and Chaplains in our schools and college.

I worked for thirty-four years at Sacred Heart School in Hammersmith. When I joined in January 1985, I was teacher in charge of Chemistry and then had a number of roles including Head of Science, Head of Year, Goals Co-Ordinator and School Chaplain. I have therefore had the experience of the same roles as the staff in our schools I am now working with.

The greatest joy of working at and with Sacred Heart schools is living the vision of St Madeleine Sophie and the charism of the Society of the Sacred Heart. Key to me in my previous work and my new role is what St Madeleine Sophie wanted from the schools she started – to educate our students to become agents of transformation.

I hope to help strengthen the links we have in our network and to enable us to share and work together on joint ideas and projects for the benefit of all the students in our schools.

Ann will be working with Hilary Thompson, our Schools & College Network Coordinator. We think they make a great team, and we're confident that with them, the Network is in capable, inspiring and very Sacred Heart-centred hands
