On Monday 25th May, Feast of St Madeleine Sophie, RSCJ from this Province will be united in prayer and reflection, and sharing their responses to these questions. You are invited to pray and reflect alongside us, adapting these questions according to the circumstances of your lives...
What is my story of God’s love for me, and God’s unique call, which has brought me to where I am now? Where can I trace the threads and pattern of the Society’s charism and mission, growing and deepening throughout my life?
How do the threads of my story interweave with Sophie’s? Though our lives might differ in the externals, we share a spirituality and charism: what can she teach me about the depths of the Heart of Jesus in the heart of our wounded world?
How do the threads of my story interweave with those of my sisters: helping us to rediscover our roots, connecting us to one another, giving us the strength to move forward together?
At this time filled with so many challenges and uncertainties,
we pray that we too may be filled with Sophie’s spirit, her vision,
her hope in the power of our charism,
her capacity to centre herself in the essential: the Heart of Jesus
